How do I send items back?
You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt within the scope of our return policy.
In the case of a return, the value of the return will be deducted from the original order value. If the order value after deduction of the return is less than € 80, the delivery costs of the return are calculated at € 4,90. For example, if a customer orders € 100 free of shipping costs and then returns € 60, the original order value is € 40. The order then no longer meets the requirement for free shipping.
Gossengold guarantees a refund provided that all items have been returned in the condition in which they were received. This means that the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (with the exception of trying them on). In addition, all tags and labels must be intact.

1. Do you need a return label?
You can easily request a DHL return label by email. Email: email@example.com
Please make sure that you include the correct order number and the information about which items you are returning. Without these details, unfortunately we cannot process your return and cannot send a return label.
2. Return form
You will receive a new return form by email. Please make sure that you have entered the correct associated order number and the information about which items you are returning. Unfortunately, without these details, we cannot process your return and cannot issue a refund.
It may take up to 14 working days (weekends and holidays excluded) before we receive your return. When we have received your return, we will check and process the goods within three working days.
A refund will be automatically credited to the payment method you used for the original order. It may take 5-10 business days for the amount to be returned to your account.
All returned items must be in their original condition. We carefully check all returned goods and send any non-faulty item back to you.
3. Will I be reimbursed for the delivery fees?
If you send items back to us, we will always reimburse you the purchase price and the shipping costs for the outbound delivery.
4. How do returns work with Klarna?
You have ordered Klarna invoice purchase with the payment method and want to return all or part of your order?
If you want to return some or all of the items in your order to us, please allow up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) until we receive your return. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have received your return.
Klarna always sends you your invoice by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please be sure to note the invoice deadline specified on your invoice. Klarna invoices are due 14 days after you receive your invoice.
If you have just returned one or more items and are approaching the end of the invoice period, we recommend using the Klarna portal extend the deadline by 10 days to avoid dunning fees. If you have any questions, the will be happy to help Klarna customer service. Please note that Gossengold customer support cannot extend your invoice period.
If you still received a reminder, although you have already sent your items back to us:
If the date of payment on the invoice has passed, Klarna will automatically send you a reminder. In this case, please contact the Klarna customer service.
If you are waiting for a refund:
After you have received an updated invoice from Klarna, Klarna will then send you a refund form. Please fill in your bank details so that your refund can be credited to the specified account. Klarna is not allowed to save bank details. Please send the completed refund form back to Klarna.
The refund should arrive in your specified account within 10 working days. Klarna usually processes refunds within 48 hours, but it also depends on your bank how long it takes.
